Our community energy champions are dedicated individuals in the local area that are passionate about improving homes using energy-efficient solutions. A number of York residents have already switched to energy-efficient solutions to improve their home and our community energy champions are able to give a first hand encounter of their experience. They are knowledgeable in a wide range of topics, including energy efficiency and sustainable living practices. Our community energy champions are trained and provided by York Community Energy.
These champions form a knowledgeable and supportive network in your local community and are on hand to talk you through their experience or show you the energy-efficient solutions in their home.
