These measures include the installation of solar panels and batteries, heat pumps, insulation, glazing, upgraded doors, draught proofing, EV charging and smart controls. We are driving a demand for consumers to undertake a number of measures to their homes and are looking to grow our number of suppliers to undertake the installation of these home improvement measures.

How it works

At YorEnergy, we guide our customers through a comprehensive retrofit journey. It begins with understanding their specific needs and requirements, followed by a Home Assessment conducted by one of our Retrofit Advisors to gain a complete understanding of the home. Our Retrofit Coordinators then collaborate with the customer to identify potential improvements they'd like to make.

At this stage, our accredited Retrofit Coordinator prepares a detailed specification outlining the measures to be implemented, which is shared with our suppliers. Suppliers then provide quotes based on the measures they specialise in.

Throughout the quotation process, suppliers can consult with the Retrofit Coordinator to address any questions. After receiving an initial quote, suppliers have the opportunity to refine their quotes as needed.

Once the customer approves the quote and payment is made, the Retrofit Coordinator works with the supplier to schedule the work and ensure it meets the customer's specifications.

This end-to-end process is designed to offer a seamless, hassle-free experience for customers while providing suppliers with the support needed to simplify the process.
